As an Asset Management Expert, you join our team of experts to lead and manage the design and development of airport projects ensuring they meet the highest standards and expectations.

Within our projects, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand their needs and to get to the heart of their requirements. You’ll be responsible for developing the right solution, not just any solution – even if that means trying something new and resisting well-trodden paths.


Profile

As an Asset Management Expert you are responsible for implementing Strategic Asset Management Planning with long- and short-term maintenance planning.

Job requirements

  • A bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related, with a focus on asset management at transportation infrastructures or other complex building environments.

  • Five to ten years of experience in airport asset management and development projects with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

  • Knowledge of the industry standards and regulations.

  • Strong skills in asset data analytics, data modelling, data visualization.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to achieve the set goals.

  • A passion for creativity, digitalization, and sustainability.

  • Familiarity with asset management related software and methodologies.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with an entrepreneurial attitude.

  • You are a team player and have strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
     

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of serviceability of assets from the user and stakeholder perspective with the aim to optimize quality level and life-cycle cost for the main infrastructure and buildings at an airport.

  • Perform asset data analytics to assess financial and technical performance of assets.

  • Elaboration and implementation of new (sustainability/innovation driven) methodologies for decision making on redevelopment and transformation of airports.

  • Carry out Airport Asset Management Studies – as for example Airport Systems Decomposition, Development Programme of Requirements and Maintenance Strategies for Airside, Landside Infrastructures as well as Terminal buildings, Utilities and other relevant facilities.

  • Determine viable redevelopment and transformation strategies under the constraint of a system under full operations, considering capacity, operational, commercial and financial-economic aspects of the measures

  • Perform Risk analysis of asset performance

  • Preparation of suitable data visualizations to communicate and collaborate on asset management strategies at airports.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
